歐盟貨物木質(zhì)包裝輸往中國(guó)前，應(yīng)在輸出國(guó)經(jīng)過(guò)以下中方認(rèn)可的除害處理：

　　一、溴甲烷常壓熏蒸處理

　　溫度在21℃或以上，溴甲烷的劑量為48 g/m3，密閉熏蒸24小時(shí)。

　　溫度在16℃或以上，溴甲烷的劑量為56 g/m3，密閉熏蒸24小時(shí)。

　　溫度在11℃或以上，溴甲烷的劑量為64 g/m3，密閉熏蒸24小時(shí)。

　　溫度在5℃或以上，溴甲烷的劑量為80 g/m3，密閉熏蒸24小時(shí)。

　　二、熱處理

　　木材中心溫度須達(dá)到56℃并保持30分鐘以上。

　　三、其他除害處理方法

　　其他除害處理方法應(yīng)事先由輸出國(guó)官方檢疫部門(mén)向中方提出，并提供有關(guān)技術(shù)試驗(yàn)報(bào)告，經(jīng)中方專(zhuān)家評(píng)估并認(rèn)為是有效的處理方法，中方將予以認(rèn)可。

　　China’s quarantine treatments and technical requirements for wood packing material originating in EU

　　The wood packing material associated with consignment originating in EU exported to China should undergo one of the following effective quarantine treatments approved by Chinese side prior to shipment.

　　1.Methyl bromide fumigation at normal atmospheric pressure

　　at the dosage rate of 48g/m3 for 24 hours at 21℃or above,or

　　at the dosage rate of 56g/m3 for 24 hours at 16℃or above,or

　　at the dosage rate of 64g/m3 for 24 hours at 11℃or above,or

　　at the dosage rate of 80g/m3 for 24 hours at 5℃or above.

　　2.Heat treatment

　　Heat treatment for wood packing material to attain a minimum core temperature of 56°C for at least 30 minutes.

　　3.Other quarantine treatments

　　Other quarantine treatments will be approved by Chinese side if they are assessed and proved by Chinese experts as effective quarantine treatments based on the technical experimental data submitted by the plant quarantine authorities of exporting countries.
